IT APPLICATION SUPPORT (Code : IT122-7)

Responsibilities:

• Do daily monitoring to ensure the stability of the supported system
• Take proactive actions should there’s any indication of system problem / instability
• Do thorough testing for deliver ables from vendor to ensure zero defects before being deployed to production environment
• Manage queries, issues and complaints from users
• Analyze requirements from users, create required functional design document to vendor

Requirements:

• Minimum S1 from IT background
• Minimum 3 years working experience
• Strong knowledge in Java, Oracle database, .NET,  and MS SQL Server
• Experience in managing IT projects and handling applications
• Good analytical,  problem solving, and decision making skills
• Having good communication skill and a team player
• Willing to be placed in Jakarta

LEARNING SOLUTION & TECHNOLOGY HEAD

Requirements:

• Education minimum Bachelor Degree in any background
• Significant experience in learning modules development and training program delivery
• Having exposures with Knowledge Management practices
• Having minimum 8 years experience in Learning and/or Development area
• Minimum 3 years experience as Department Head
• Training consultancy background will be an advantage
• Having strong communication skills and a team player
• Fluency in English written and spoken

OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE TEAM LEADER (Code : TSMG122-2)

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain good relationship with other departments related to projects assigned
• Lead process improvement
• Manage and develop team members
• Knowledge transfer and seek for new project with Business and Support functions partners.

Requirements:

• Education min.Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering
• Work experience min. 5 years in Project Management or Process Improvement role/environment in Bankingor other FinancialInstitutions
• Ability in coaching to ensure knowledge transfer to Team Members
• Good knowledge and experience in Six Sigma/Lean
• Having Black/Green Belt or ISO Certification is preferred
• Strong analytical and problem solving skill
• Good communication skill and a team player.
