MANAGER – POWER

Responsibilities:

• Estimate budget required for all new project (roll out) and budget to support operational continuity related to power system
• Support bidding process for material/services and responsible for technical specification required, review and provide technical summary
• Manage the NBWO / EWO process according to budget allocated and time line
• Control usage of budget spent effectively and efficiently (Capex and Opex)
• Decide design of power system for all critical sites : BSC/MSC , Network Building , IT/Billing
• Ensure compliance of department administration and documentation are in line with company policies.
• Decide solution for all operational problem related to power system for all sites including Network building

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Electro / Electrical Engineering with more than 5 years experience and 3 years experience in managerial level
• Understand specification of all power system alternating current (AC) and direct current (DC)  equipment , including terminology and its implementation
• Understand basic theory of AC  power (Perusahaan Listrik Negara /PLN, Generator set with  automatic main failure / AMF and its main fuel storage tank with its accessories, DC-AC  inverter, un-interruptible power system (UPS) and DC power (Rectifier, battery, DC-DC converter) system engineering used on telecommunication system
• Understand basic theory design of AC power and DC power for telecommunication equipment
• Familiar with latest technology and terminology of AC power, DC power
• Understand requirement for survey and  gathering data including  analysis
• Understand principle of problem solving
• Minimum 5 years experience on handing power design & problem on telecommunication
• Understand the international standard for reference related to power system

SPECIALIST – POWER

Responsibilities:

• Process bidding process for material/services and responsible for technical specification required, review and provide technical summary
• Manage the NBWO / EWO process according to budget allocated and time line
• Monitor usage of budget spent effectively and efficiently (Capex and Opex)
• Provide design of power system as requested on plan
• Support solution for all operational problem related to power system for all sites including Network building

Requirements:
