HR ASSISTANT

YOUR OPPORTUNITY

• YOU will implement several HR benefit transactions such as medical, overtime, leave, employee, uniform, etc, accurately, in compliance with government regulations, policies & procedures, and in timely manner according to Service Level Agreement. In additions, you will be responsible to coordinate office management related activities in order to support Managerial level at HR division.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Holding minimum a Bachelor Degree with minimum GPA of 3.00 from any major;
• Preferably having minimum 1 year of experience in administrative task or secretarial duties;
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply;
• Having advance level of computer literacy (Ms Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and document management;
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written;
• Good interpersonal and communication skill.

OPERATIONS ASSISTANT

YOUR OPPORTUNITY

• The successful candidate will be responsible to support Factory/Operations Management a timely planning or reporting with comprehensive analysis and alternative problem solving, Provide comprehensive and complete information to Factory/Operations Management for KPI target during Budgeting cycle

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor Degree (S1) with minimum GPA 3.00, preferably from Engineering or Finance
• Open for Fresh Graduates or maximum 2 years working experience
• Have good analytical thinking
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Fluent in English and good level of computer literacy

ACCOUNTING

YOUR OPPORTUNITY

• YOU will be responsible to ensure financial accounting transactions that are proceed in accordance with internal policies and procedures

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Hold Bachelor Degree in Accounting with minimum GPA 3.00;
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply;
• Having 2 years of experience in Finance & Accounting will be an advantage;
• Excellent level of computer literacy;
